What are the benefits of having a mosaic?

1 Mosaic making is a communal activity that 'lifts the spirit' of a school, its children, staff and community.
2 The mosaics often serve to commemorate important events in a school’s life such as memorials, anniversaries, celebrations, to indicate the school's values and to make the most of it's logo.
3 Mosaic making is a creative and restorative activity that brings the whole school together.
4 Mosaic making is therapeutic, relaxing, as well as stimulating.
5 Mosaic making can supplement the curriculum and create a creative focus for a whole school, children are exposed to new materials and new skills.

What materials do you use?

The materials are based on how you would like your mosaic to look, we have a choice of glass, porcelain, ceramic and even stone and mirror. Everything is considered until you have the design you like.
